• The CFO/Finance Director oversees the financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, reporting, forecasting and ensuring fiscal stability and compliance with our agency funders.
• The Finance Director supervises two fiscal specialists, and travels between agency offices for fiscal and leadership meetings.
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
Salary Grade 15: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history is required

Eligibility Program Specialist
Community Child Care Solutions –Somerville, NJ- Full Time
Answer and route calls, return messages within 24–48 hours, perform high-volume data entry, maintain electronic client files, process childcare provider agreements.
Provide Resource & Referral services, update notes in Work Life Systems (WLS), and assist with special projects.
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Foxit
Must have good problem-solving skills
Salary Grade 6: $18.68 per hour/ $34,000 per year

SHARED SERVICES SPECIALIST – Perth Amboy, NJ
Community Child Care Solutions is seeking a Shared Services Specialist to work in Central New Jersey.
Salary Grade: 13
Salary Range: $50,000- $55,000
This position will play a key role in our innovative approach to enhancing quality within early childhood education programs. Key responsibilities include the implementation of the Shared Services Alliance, inclusive of strategy and service development, business operations and resource development.
This grant funded initiative will provide high quality business services exclusively to child care centers. The purpose of the Alliance is to free up center leaders and staff from burdensome administrative duties so that they can focus their time on what matters most: children, families and teachers. Potential services to be offered include professional development trainings, marketing support, data management and reporting, technology support and human resources compliance.
This job requires a significant level of discretionary judgment, critical thinking, communication skills and attention to detail. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history. Estimated travel between facilities is approximately 40%.
