Babies Cry - It's Normal

💜 Babies cry — and sometimes they cry a lot. The “Period of Purple Crying” is a normal stage of infant development that can happen in the first few months of life. Even healthy babies may cry longer and be harder to soothe during this time.

Remember:👶 Crying peaks around 2 months and usually improves by 3–5 months🫶 It does NOT mean you are doing anything wrong⏸️ If you feel overwhelmed, place your baby safely in their crib and take a short break🚫 Never shake a baby — shaking can cause serious brain injury or death
